Nature of Our Products
Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) research compounds sold for laboratory use only. Due to the sensitive nature of these products and strict quality control requirements, we have a limited return policy as described below.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@usresearchlabs.com with your order number and a description (and photos if applicable) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order shows as delivered but was not received, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms a loss, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns
Because our products are research compounds requiring strict handling conditions, we do not accept returns of opened or used product. Unopened product returned within 14 days of delivery in its original condition may be eligible for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs. Contact us before shipping any return — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for orders refused at delivery, orders returned without prior authorization, or dissatisfaction due to misuse or storage conditions that deviate from our recommended handling guidelines.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
