These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through usresearchlabs.com, operated by US Research Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by US Research Labs LLC are intended solely for in vitro (laboratory) and in vivo (animal model) scientific research by qualified researchers and research institutions. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or veterinary administration. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you will use our products exclusively for legitimate, lawful scientific research in a controlled laboratory setting.
2. Purchaser Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorized representative of a research institution, and that you have the knowledge and facilities required to safely handle research compounds. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity specifications, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to modify prices without prior notice. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you before processing.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance by US Research Labs LLC. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards through our secure payment processor. All transactions are processed in US dollars.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs (if applicable), or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Our products are provided for research purposes only; we expressly disclaim any liability for misuse.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Research Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
